Step 01
Choose your service
Start with the look you want. Every service shows its price, its duration and what is included.
Step 02
Pick your date, time and address
Home, hotel or venue. Only available time slots are shown, and any travel fee appears upfront.
Step 03
Book and pay securely
Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been completed online. The full amount is paid at the time of booking, including any applicable travel fees.
Step 04
Get ready
Sarah Studio comes to your chosen location with everything needed for your appointment. Simply be ready at the scheduled time with a clean, prepared space for your artist.
Step 05
After your appointment
Once your appointment is complete, you can rate your experience and share it. Only clients who have completed a booking can leave a review.
Travel
We come to you
Local service area
No travel fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
Up to 2 hours by car
A travel fee is calculated automatically from your address and shown before you confirm.
Beyond 2 hours by car
Booking moves to a personalised travel quote.
Payment
Secure online payment
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Your booking summary clearly shows the service price, any applicable travel fees, member pricing and the final total before payment.
Sarah Studio does not store your card details.
Changes
Modify or cancel
You may modify or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund of the service price. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
In the rare event that Sarah Studio is unable to fulfil your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative solution or a full refund.
