Modifying an appointment

You can modify the date, time or address of an appointment from your account up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancelling an appointment

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, with a full refund to your card. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund of the service price. Travel fees already paid are refunded in full when the appointment does not take place.

If Sarah Studio cannot fulfil your appointment

In the rare event that Sarah Studio is unable to fulfil your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative solution or a full refund.

No-show

If the artist cannot access the address or nobody is present at the appointment time, the appointment is marked as a no-show and is not refunded.

Claims about the result

A claim about the makeup result must be submitted from your account within thirty minutes of the recorded end of the appointment, with photographs taken within that window. Sarah Studio reviews each claim and may decide on a full refund, a partial refund, a credit or a new appointment.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are attached to the booking concerned. You are notified at each step.
