Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Sarah Studio website and the booking of makeup services performed at the address indicated by the client, in Miami, Florida and the surrounding area.

2. Services and prices

Services, durations and prices are those displayed on the site at the time of booking. Prices are in US dollars. Travel fees, when applicable, are calculated and displayed before the booking is confirmed.

3. Bookings

A booking is firm once confirmed on screen and by email. A slot shown as available is held for the client as soon as the booking is confirmed. Same-day and last-minute appointments are arranged by telephone.

4. Payment

Full payment is made by card at the time of booking, including any applicable travel fees. The booking is confirmed once payment is completed. Sarah Studio does not store card details.

4 bis. Discounts and membership

The Glow Club membership and, where activated, the group discount cannot be combined with each other. A referral credit can be combined with either of them. Referral credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are granted, and only one referral credit can be used per appointment. Referral credits cannot be used on bridal services or professional training. Glow Club is personal, billed $39 per month, and can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date; the name of the member is checked at the appointment. Travel fees are not discounted, except through the Glow Club benefit.

4 ter. Travel fees, tolls and parking

Travel fees are calculated from the driving time between Miami and the address provided, shown before payment and charged once per visit whatever the number of people. Tolls and paid parking, where they apply, are charged at cost. First Glow is reserved for clients under 15 and requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Modification and cancellation

Modifications and cancellations are governed by the cancellation and refund policy.

6. Client obligations

The client provides an accurate address and access conditions, and ensures a suitable, safe and lit space for the appointment.

7. Claims

Claims relating to the result of the makeup must be submitted from the client account within thirty minutes of the recorded end of the appointment, with photographs. Later claims are reviewed case by case.

8. Reviews

Only clients with a completed appointment may publish a review. Sarah Studio may hide inappropriate, abusive or fraudulent reviews.

9. Liability

Clients must inform their artist of any allergy or skin sensitivity before the appointment.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
