Loyalty Program Terms

Eligibility

The loyalty program is open to every Sarah Studio client, with or without a membership plan. We keep the count for you, and it never expires.

Appointments that count

• Natural Makeup ($120)
• Soft Evening Makeup ($150)
• Day & Event Makeup ($185)
• Evening & Gala Makeup ($235)
• First Glow, under 15 ($75)

Appointments that do not count

• Cancelled appointments
• Appointments not performed, including no-shows
• Fully refunded appointments
• The complimentary makeup itself
• Bridal trial and wedding day makeup
• Self-makeup lessons and professional training
• Quoted professional and on-set work

When the counter moves

An appointment is added to your counter once it is marked completed and paid online.

Redeeming your reward

After ten eligible appointments, the eleventh is complimentary: the service you have booked the most across those ten appointments, offered whatever its value. If two services are tied, you may choose between them. The reward is applied during booking. Travel fees, where applicable, remain due.

After redemption

Once the complimentary makeup is used, the counter automatically restarts at zero for a new cycle of ten.
